Renewal Information

The following are necessary to send in to complete your renewal for your licence:

  1. Go to the Timeless Medical System to complete the online form. You will need your login and password. Be sure to check that all information is correct and all blank spaces in red are completed. Once complete, print the last page and sign it.
  2. Complete your Record of Continuing Education.
  3. Enclose your proof of mal practice insurance.
  4. Enclose a cheque for $200.00 to PEI college of Physiotherapists.
  5. Mail all the above to:
