PEI College of Physiotherapy: Overview

The Prince Edward Island College of Physiotherapy (PEICPT) is a not-for-profit organization with a legislated mandate to regulate the practice of physiotherapy in the public interest.

Public Protection is carried out by:

• licencing qualified Physiotherapists to practice on PEI;
• providing an investigation and discipline process to address concerns raised by the public about a physiotherapist's practice; and,
• maintaining standards of practice guidelines for practice on PEI.
